Salam untuk Bumi

Barangkali itu suara bumi berteriak
Mengaum diinjak-injak
Tuhan titipkan telaga air
Titipkan bebatuan dan tanah
Tempatmu berpulang
Kalian disisakan senja dibarat daya
Aurora di utara
Fajar dipelupuk mata, tapi
Tak kunjung selesai dinikmati
Jangankan bernapas
Matipun merepotkan
Kayu kering jadi peti mati
Gumpalan tanah membalut kembang berduri
Kembalimu tanah
Telah lebur pada makna
Sedang matahari menjulurkan lidah
Seperti anjing lapar
Tapi kau asapi
Pelihara, maka ikuti
Jaga, maka penuhi
Aku terlambat tahu
Ternyata pusat semesta
Singgah dilengan-lengan sekutu
Yang enggan memeluk lakon
Besok lusa, ajaklah ilalang merenung
Kenangkan kepadanya
Untuk sebuah hormat, salam
Untuk bumi
